Cool Beans. Cool Adzuki Beans.

ADZUKI BEANS

I’m not going to do this often (share homemade recipes- I'm not a hippie) but I discovered this ancient Chinese (it’s Japanese) secret recipe for a natural facial scrub a long time ago, and have been using it ever since. Well, I didn’t really “discover” it, the Body Shop did, then they discontinued it, then Bobby Brown started selling it for $40 a tub, which is ridiculous. The Body Shop called it “Japanese Washing Grains” and I call it “Sack Of Adzuki Beans From The Asian Grocery Store Down The Street That You Then Grind Up Using A Common Household Coffee Grinder Which I Assume Most People Already Have.” I came up with this clever name when I realized that these “washing grains” were nothing more than pure, ground adzuki beans- a "recipe" you could make using said coffee grinder. Just add water and viola! Clean face.
